Add an electronic public comment on a specific agenda item. The "Public Comment link" is available when the meeting agenda is posted online. Comments may be added to an agenda item any time between 72-hours prior to the day of the meeting until the meeting begins in open session. Comments added one business day before the day of the meeting will be made available to the Board of Supervisors in advance of the meeting. Public comments are public record.
How to add a public comment electronically
- Select a meeting and click on “Agenda"
- Choose an agenda item
- Select “Public Comments" in the upper right corner
- Add comments for that agenda item and click “Submit"
