The public is encouraged to participate in the meetings. The public may complete a Speaker Request Form to make comments related to agenda items posted on the agenda, and including matters not on the posted agenda (off-agenda), at the meeting and submit it to staff. The Chairperson will announce the maximum amount of speaking time for agenda items and off-agenda matters.
Public comments related to matters not on the posted agenda are limited to two minutes per person and not more than fifteen minutes for a particular subject.
