South Sacramento Conservation Agency – Joint Powers Authority (JPA) Implementation Review Committee

The purpose of the Implementation Review Committee (IRC) is to provide recommendations to the South Sacramento Conservation Agency – Joint Powers Authority (JPA) regarding implementation of the South Sacramento Habitat Conservation Plan (SSHCP). The IRC is responsible for making recommendations regarding SSHCP fees, operating budgets, acquisition of land and/or easements, modification of plan documents and approval of annual reports prior to submittal to the JPA Board.

The governing hearing ​​body welcomes public participation at the meetings and conducts meetings in the manner pursuant to the Ralph M. Brown Act, Section 54950, of the California Government Code.
